Our Retired Australian Labradoodles

This page is for our retired girls, so that our puppy families can still see photos of the parents of their puppies.  We prefer to retire our girls when they are still relatively young so that they can enjoy life "without children" as they deserve!  Our retired Australian Labradoodles are placed, spayed and neutered, in loving pet homes, and many of them already have homes, as they have been placed in foster families while they were puppies or young dogs.  These dogs have produced wonderful puppies!
Tegan Park Special Effects...
is a Calendar Girl!  Her photo will grace the pages of the Labradoodle Calendar for 2009.

Special is a full sized mini multigen Australian Labradoodle, sixteen inches of  cuddle and play, all wrapped in a lovely non shed coat.   Special likes  to give kisses and snuggle on  the couch  and is happiest  when  she's with her people!   She is heavier  than  she  looks, weighing a solid  26 pounds.  She is out of impeccable bloodlines  and is such a lovely size.  It is important to keep that solid build in the miniature labradoodle size, and Special has that solid type as well as the nature that we look for in this lovely Australian Labradoodle breed.

Dancer is one of our medium sized Australian Labradoodles, a foreign girl straight from the land down under.  She's 20 inches of multi generational friendly fleece and weighs in at 43 pounds. The photo to the lower right is of her as a half grown puppy,  while the two  are of her in her winter clip. You can see her width and sturdy type easily in  her shorter haircut.  She is a sweetie, very loyal and friendly, she  is health  tested and a credit to the Australian Labradoodle breed.  She is a good mom and her puppies are just beautiful, a real treat to see...

Walkabout Mindy's Cassidy
is also a calendar girl!  Our Cassie is a  lovely  chalk fleece  coated Australian Labradoodle girl  with  a rose coloured nose.   She has the  most endearing  nature and soft look in her eyes.  She is a large medium girl, 21 inches at the shoulder and 38 pounds,  and is a delight to have in the house.  She  adores  playing  in the orchard with the dogs  and it's easy to see her  'joie de vivre'  when we watch her outside!  Some of our smartest labradoodles have come from Cassie...

All our labradoodles are registered with the International Labradoodle Association and spend most of their time in the house with us or in carefully chosen guardian homes.   We believe that labradoodles thrive when they have lots of 'people time' and therefore do not kennel raise our dogs.  They spend more time outside in the summer (just like we do!) and almost all their time indoors with us (other than walk times) when it is rainy and cold, preferably by the fire!
