After many questions about the male vs female debate, let me suggest that you be open to having a puppy of either sex and that you let us choose a puppy based on the personality  and activity level of the puppy rather than gender.   

Aside from the fact that all our parent dogs are chosen for their temperament/personality and that the  Australian Labradoodle breed (which includes both boys and girls!) is characterized  by their temperament,  when they are spayed/neutered at seven weeks, we really do find that there is very little gender difference between the two.  The males are NOT  more dominant than the girls or the girls more 'nurturing' than the boys, both sexes are expected to be sweet natured and intuitive!  In fact, even in our un-spayed girls and un-neutered boys found in our breeding program, both the males and females are gentle, good natured and easily trained.  However, even the mildest and gentlest puppy requires training if it is to be a nice dog rather than an unmannered one!

Special's newborn puppy litter born October 12th 2007.  There is still room on Special's waitlist for this litter of puppies.  Her babies will be ready to go to homes around the 12th of December, just before Christmas time.  Here are their Christmas photos!

One of the only two boys in our lovely litter, this little fellow is a curly fleece puppy with a little white chin.  He is an even tempered boy with a nice sturdy build, very sweet.  He likes to play, but when you pick him up, he cuddles right in!

Here is another of the girls from Special's miniature sized Christmas litter...  She's a playful puppy that likes to be in the middle of it all.  She's darker in colour than some of the puppies and will have a nice fleece coat.

This sweet little girl is a gentle puppy that likes to cuddle and play.  She's an even tempered little girl and would make a wonderful family pet.  
   
She has a beautiful fleece coat and a very sweet face.  She loves attention and does not make strange in new situations.

This adorable little girl is a real charmer!  She's friendly and confident but also knows how to settle in for a good belly rub. She will have a straighter fleece coat when she grows up, very pretty.

This little charmer is the other boy in the litter, a straighter fleece coated boy.  He'll be a handsome boy when he grows up!  He's mild and sweet boy, a really cuddly boy who is friendly and nice natured.  He will make a lovely pet and companion.

This sweet little girl is a quiet natured girl who likes to think things over before she makes her move...  She has a lovely curly fleece coat with a white snip on her nose and chest. She's a bit smaller than some of her littermates and will likely mature to 15 or 16 inches tall when full grown.

This little girl is a curious one and likes to check out new things, likes to cuddle and likes to play!  She is the darkest puppy in the litter, has a lovely fleece coat and sturdy little compact body. She's a very nice puppy!

Special's puppies are very sweet and they tend to inherit her gentle and friendly nature.  I expect Special's litter to mature to 16 or 17 inches in size. We are also expecting a litter of medium sized labradoodle puppies with Dancer. Dancer's litter will be between 18 and 19 inches when full grown and possibly one or two the same size as Dancer herself.  We will post updates every week or two...

We reserve the right to retain puppies from our litters for use in our breeding program, so it may be that puppies shown in pictures may not be available for adoption.  We also reserve the right to refuse or return deposits for any reason.
